Terms of Service
These terms govern the inspection services provided by Regal Home Inspections and the use of this website.
Scope of Inspection
Inspections are performed in accordance with the New York State Standards of Practice (19 NYCRR Part 197) and cover visible and accessible systems. A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination and is not a warranty or guarantee of the condition of the property.
Scheduling & Payment
Payment is due at the time of inspection. The written report is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection, typically the same evening.
